Our consulting services include financial proforma assistance and ROI calculation for investors, tax incentives for home owners and investors, as well as low income residential green incentives, physical and cyber security, and sustainability.

For design services, our founder Anthony David Scott PE, specializes in crafting the state-of-the-art engineering plans [i.e., building plans and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans] tailored for all of our apartments, homes, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) projects. It’s important for all engineering work performed in DC, MD, and VA to be stamped or sealed by a DC/MD/VA-licensed engineer, as required by law. This includes final engineering specifications, in-progress drawings, and other reproducible documents, ensuring that the work has been reviewed by a qualified professional. This procedure helps safeguard the integrity of engineering work, aligning with the safety, health, and welfare of the community.
