Trick-out My Crib is focused on high-tech and sustainable affordable housing - we embody a holistic approach to fostering housing equity and bring that approach to all of our projects.
Trick-out My Crib was founded in November 2020, and our first project was converting a single-family three-bedroom one bath residence into an affordable, six-bedroom, four-bathroom multifamily estate. We’re an engineer principled and run business. Our Founder and CEO, David Scott is a licensed engineer — (creates and stamps architectural plans and mechanical/electrical/plumbing plans for residential development) - and manages and oversees all medium and large scope projects.
The key to our success is our ability to listen to you deeply, the technology we use, and our affordability. Our team is diverse and we use these influences to innovate and better understand you as we strategize, design, and build.
